Electrical Automation Engineer

Main Responsabilities:

- Assist in carrying out analisis on all proyects by visiting the location.

- Investigate the location of emergency breakdowns in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment in ordet to determine the problems associated with the machines.

- Participate in the maintenance of equipment to ensure its correct functioning.

- Provide technical assistance and support in relation to all projects, installations and repairs.

- Ensure the use of a digital dashboard to carry out exhaustive analyzes and breakdown reviews.

- Conducting investigations and recommending changes and updates to equipment.

- Hardware and software updates to improve process control.

- Communication of breakdowns, updates and problem resolution through management program and different telematic means.

- Making periodic reports on progress on defective machines, errors and processes.

- Ensure the calibration of all machines and maintenance after calibration.

- Installation, maintenance and inspection of control systems and workplace facilities in the plant.

- Coordinate team to achieve department objectives.

- Technical supervision to other automation technicians and engineers.

- Collaborate in the specification, installation and modification of systems.

Job Profile:

- Degree in electrical, electronic or telecommunications engineering.

- Good knowledge of industrial maintenance.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial engineering area.

- Skills to understand and express fluently in english.

- Knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal.

- Scadas Knowledge (Wincc, Ftview).

- Skills to maintain good communication with the different levels of the company.

- Skills in areas of fluid power, manufacturing processes, electricity, electronics and mechanical systems.

- Work coordination skills.

- Knowledge of Ethernet communication, control logic and programmable logic control (PLC).

- Electromechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
