Main Responsabilities:

- Promote e healthy and safe workplace through coaching, team building and active involvement in the workplace with a shop floor focus.

- Define and propose, for superior approval, the area´s PAR (Action Pland and Resources) and budget, supervising iis deployment and its implementation, in order to ensure the alignment between the objetives, resources and activities.

- Research, develop, implement, maintain and monitor site Health and Safety and environment training programs to ensure compliance of all legal, Group or site requirements, improve awareness and achieve competency.

-Ensure compliance of all applicable legislation regarding Health and Safety and environment, maintaining management team updated and proposing necessary actions.

- Develop required site procedures in the areas of Health and Safety.

- Ensure compliance of information and practices disseminated by the Group, acting as lialson between site and Corporate HSE & Risk Management.

- Coach and direct employees in daily operations of Health and Safety accidents/incidents, following group procedure, ensuring causes are indentified and recommendations are appropiate.

- Coordinate and report on interntal/external Health and Safety audits.

- Prepare, maintain, monitor and report on all site Health and Safety and issues acording to Group reporting rules.

- Lead workplace hazard analysis activities, in the different site departmanets, to ensure safe work processes and practices are identified and implemented.

- Explore and implement ways to recognize and encourage employee performance regarding H&S area and document plant and individual safety performance achievements.

- Assure all necessary PPE for use of employees in accordance with workplace evaluation and risks and aligned with Group guidelines.

- Develop and maintain updated, site emergency plan.

Job Profile:

- Degree in Engineering.

- Master´s Degree in Health and Safety.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Exellent training/presentation skills.

- Analytical, assertive, logical and problem solving oriented.

- At least 2 years of experience working in a Safety role in a manufacturing environment.

- English knowledge (fluent oral and writing).
