We are looking for a Specification Representative in Porto to drive the positioning of our products within the specification channel and strengthen the company’s strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

Identify and establish relationships with key specifiers in Northern Portugal, such as architects, interior architects, and architectural and design consultants.
Provide technical advice to various specifiers on the company’s products.
Participate in events and seminars to enhance the company’s visibility.
Generate specifications in relevant projects.
Collaborate with the Marketing team in the development of supporting materials for the role.
Maintain and update the internal database (CRM – Sales Force) on specifiers, projects, and opportunities within the Contract channel.
Identify new specifiers, visit them, and introduce them to Sonae Arauco and its product portfolio.
Continue collaborative engagement with different Sonae Group brands, ensuring ongoing training and consultancy, as well as the use of Innovus products in all projects.
Work closely with the commercial team to identify and close sales of specified projects.
Promote partnerships and collaborations with other companies.

Geographical scope: From Leiria to the northern border of Portugal, including the Azores archipelago.

Requirements:

Higher education, university degree, or equivalent (Architecture or Interior Design is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of specification channels.
Experience in implementing strategies within the hospitality sector is a plus.
Knowledge of wood-based products will be valued.
Office 365, Sales Force.
Knowledge of English and Spanish will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented.
Availability to travel.
Valid driving licence.
Residence in Porto or surrounding areas.
