Mechanical Maintenance Technician
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Responsible to carry out the mechanical work throughout the rational use of previously programmed resources and to generate satisfactory results in MTBF, quality and productivity to meet the targets.
- Properly fulfillment of the mechanical maintenance work orders. Recording relevant information for the planners, such as: intervention data, specialties involved, HH, maintenance times and costs, solutions applied, future recommendations and important observations.
- Execute planned and scheduled mechanical Inspection and lubrication Orders, according to routes. As well as make the confirmation of the work performed (hours + important information) in the Orders in Maximo, and return the MO/MP duly completed.
- Support the demand management process contributing to the adequate analysis of technical solutions and the adequate sizing of resources.
- The mechanical maintenance technician is responsible for the rework he has caused and must evaluate his methods, request training and, above all, alert the manager to any operational, availability or reliability risks that he perceives or identifies.
- Evaluate mechanical Maintenance Work Orders before performing the service. Checking and separating all necessary materials, tools, safety items etc.
- Execute the mechanical planned and programmed (mechanical Maintenance Plans), according to the routes. As well as confirm the work done (hours + important information) in the Orders in SAP-PM. Returning the orders/plans properly filled.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mechanical Knowledge.
- Good Knowledge of industrial maintenance.
- Experience of minimum 3 years as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician.
- English intermediate level.
- Maximo knowledge and good knowledge of MS Office Tools.
