Industry Key Account Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Manage industry key accounts, aligned with the company strategy and goals defined for the department;
Coordinate and lead periodical meetings with the client, to keep an updated status on sales, service level and development of new products, in order to support and strengthen the commercial relation;
Interact with internal departments/teams such as sales back-office, quality, supply chain, product development, in order to ensure the correct understanding of client’s requests and the fulfilment of specifications, quality standards, and service level, aligned with client’s expectations;
Manage and diversify the products portfolio in each account, also identifying new potential business and areas of improvement, as well as defining the respective pricing to be applied, properly aligned with the company guidelines;
Follow the progress of initiatives and activities defined with each account, ensuring the update of the respective action plan.
Profile:
• Superior Degree (preferential)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Key Accounts;
• Knowledge of industry, customer segments and sales channels a plus;
• Proficiency in Spanish, English (spoken and written);
• Proficiency in Office 365• Knowledge of ZOOM and Salesforce tools, a plus;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• Planning and organizational skills and analytical thinking;
• Availability to travel.
