Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator

Competences:

  • Implement the Mechanical Maintenance Policy & Strategy of the Line that was defined by the Maintenance Manager and aligned with the Organization processes agreed.
  • Focus on availability and reliability of the Line by means of the rational use of resources in asset Mechanical Management in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate and supervise all planned mechanical maintenance tasks as scheduled by the Planner.
  • Manage Mechanical Maintenance Costs of the Line.
  • Support on promoting critical analysis of asset mechanical management, either in configuration / specification, or from a performance point of view.
  • Asset Change Management. Implementation of improvements and actions derived from Maintenance Engineering linked to the Line.
  • Responsible for Mechanical Maintenance people of the Line and  safety processes.
  • Manage the physical organization of the mechanical maintenance facilities.
  • Be responsible and co-participant of all maintenance performed by the mechanical  team.
  • Evaluate planner mechanical demands, their criticality (Emergency/Urgency/Programmable). Pre-plan them with human resources, materials, spares and infrastructure and release pre-planned Notes.

Requirements:

  • Superior Degree in mechanical Engineering.

  • Good knowledge of industrial maintenance.
  • Experience of minimum 3 to 5  years in the Maintenance Area.
  • English is mandatory.

  • Good Maximo knowledge and good knowledge of MS Office Tools.
