Job description is as following:

Mission:

Leading country sourcing activities for industrial services and Capex, optimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) with assurance of supply.

This role focuses on cost reduction, risk mitigation, and process optimization through strategic supplier management and framework agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization:

o Lead procurement initiatives for industrial services and CapEx with a focus on achieving the best TCO and assurance of supply.

o Drive sourcing category management, covering all steps from need analysis to Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), including market analysis, tendering,

negotiation, supplier selection, contracting, and performance monitoring.

o Identify market trends and innovation to enhance procurement strategies.

• Contract Management & Supplier Relationships

o Negotiate and manage framework agreements to streamline procurement and reduce risk.

o Maintain strong commercial relationships with key suppliers, monitoring contracts and evaluating performance.

o Drive improvement actions based on supplier assessments and performance reviews.

• Process Efficiency & Compliance

o Ensure procurement processes align with negotiation outcomes and business requirements.

o Assess financial risks of key suppliers and manage claim requests.

o Ensure negotiation outcomes are properly maintained in the systems for transparency and traceability.

o Identify, track, and report savings and procurement benefits.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement within an industrial environment.

• Languages: Fluent in English.

• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

o Expertise in SAP MM modules, ideally S/4HANA; SAP Ariba is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

o Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

o Analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach.

o Team player with excellent organizational skills.
