Continuous Improvement Specialist - Digital & Change Management
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and support the digitalization of administrative processes using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
- Collaborate with business units to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized digital workflows.
- Apply Lean methodologies to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new digital tools and processes.
- Promote awareness and exploration of AI possibilities
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the impact of digital transformation initiatives.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
3–5 years of experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or a similar role; - Proven experience with low-code/no-code platforms, and AI tools;
- Solid understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies;
- Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement;
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (written and spoken), German and/or Spanish is a plus;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Project management skills and agile methodologies;
- Capability to work with autonomy, methodical and self-organized;
- Results oriented with high quality standards;
- Team player with good communication skills;
- Creativity and “out of the box thinking” to challenge the status quo and generate new ideas, methods and ways of working.
