Principais Responsabilidades:

Registo de pedidos de utilizadores sobre os seus problemas com recursos IT, Aplicações, Comunicações, equipamentos como PCs e perifiericos na aplicação de ITIL (ServiceNow)

Instalar e configurar PCs com base nas regras definidas pelas tecnologias de informação centrais

Dar suporte aos equipamentos informatico em geral como PCs, Impressoras, Monitores, Dispositivos de rede

Contactar fornecedores de serviços e suporte a equipamentos IT

Fazer recepção e distribuição de equipamentos na unidade fabril de Mangualde

Participar em Projectos e reuniões de equipa para definição de actividades e objectivos

Interagir com outras equipas IT no sentido de colaborar na procura de soluções e propostas de melhoria
Colaborar com equipas Centrais IT no sentido de ajudar localmente em implementações de soluções definidas centralmente e resolução de problemas

Perfil

Licenciatura em Informatica ou áreas afins

Iniciativa e Proatividade

Excelentecapacidade de comunicação e de relacionamento com as pessoas

Capacidade de resolução de problemas e de organização

Abertura à aprendizagem

Trabalho em equipa

Dominio da língua Inglesa

Estar elegível para realizar um estágio profissional IEFP (obrigatório)
