IT - HR Business Analyst

We are looking for an HR IT Analyst to support and enhance global Human Resources processes through innovative technology solutions. This role will be key in implementing and maintaining SAP HR systems and SuccessFactors across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term strategic goals. You will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Participate in the global SAP S/4HANA transformation project, helping define the HR systems landscape for the coming decades.
  • Analyze, design, implement, and support SAP HR solutions (HCM & SuccessFactors) across Portugal, Spain, Germany, and South Africa.
  • Collaborate closely with HR teams in Germany and South Africa to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure system integration, data consistency, and compliance with governance and security standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues related to SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
  • Document processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR teams on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for HR technology solutions.

 

Profile:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional training.
  • Experience and knowledge of SAP HR solutions (HCM & SuccessFactors) as a functional resource is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English (German is a plus).
  • Programming skills in C# (or C/C++), .NET, SQL, Java, ABAP; Python is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across geographies.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and technologies.
  • Commitment to quality and security within governance frameworks.
