IT Support Analyst

The impact of your role

As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring a secure, efficient, and productive digital workplace. By providing expert support for Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook, you will directly contribute to operational continuity, enhance productivity, and strengthen cybersecurity. Your work will enable employees to fully leverage collaboration platforms, support digital transformation initiatives, and improve the overall experience of the workplace.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for workplace technology and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal procedures.
  • Assist in maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
  • Support equipment logistics and workplace technology inventory management.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and collaboration platform best practices.
  • Guide users in the effective use of Microsoft collaboration tools, supporting training, adoption, and problem-solving.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, documenting solutions for future reference.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of workplace technology and collaboration services, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business objectives and facilitate the integration of new features and tools.

 

Desired profile 

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and communicative professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment and can work effectively under pressure. You must be passionate about technology and committed to continuous improvement and innovation.

 

What you must have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or workplace technology roles, including Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security fundamentals.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft 365 administration (Windows, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint Online.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to guide users in adopting workplace and collaboration technologies.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.

 

What we consider a nice to have:

 

  • Experience with custom solution deployment and integration within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Prior exposure to process improvement initiatives or workplace technology optimization projects.
  • Knowledge of digital workplace trends and modern collaboration strategies.
