Junior Procurement Analyst

Mission:

Support the company’s purchasing strategy through data analysis, providing insights that drive decision-making, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and monitoring supplier performance.

What you’ll do:

Collect, consolidate, and structure procurement data to create detailed reports by category, supplier, and business unit.

Develop performance dashboards (savings, spend under management, procurement cycle times, and more).

Present insights and recommendations to procurement leadership and cross-functional teams.Suggest improvements for reporting tools, dashboards, and procurement analytics platforms.

What we’re looking for:

Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and work with large datasets.

Proficient in Excel and Power BI; experience with SAP or S4Hana is a plus.

Good communication skills to present findings clearly.

Ability to collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.

Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
