Senior Internal Auditor

To integrate the Internal Audit and Risk Management Department of Sonae Arauco Portugal, based in Maia.

Responsabilities:

Conduct compliance audits on internal procedures, laws, regulations and contracts at the different companies of the Group.

Monitor and follow-up the implementation of corrective measures.

Perform audits on the key management processes of the Group, identifying improvement opportunities.

Contribute to effectiveness of internal control, risk management and governance processes.

Profile:

University degree or equivalent experience, preferable in Economics, Accounting, Auditing or Management, Engineering;

Previous experience (2-3 years) in similar positions;

Good communication and analytical skills are required;

Fluency in English is mandatory;

Fluency in Portuguese;

Knowledge of German is a plus;

Availability to travel.
