Senior Network Administrator (Senior Technology analyst)
Main Responsibilities:
• Network Infrastructure Management: Design, implement and maintain network solutions, with specific experience in CISCO switching and routing , Meraki cloud, PRTG monitoring, and Zscaler for OT environments, VLANs segmentation and WAN routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, static,…)
• Network Infrastructure Security: Design, implement and maintain security solution with specific experience in CISCO L3 switch (ACLs) and FortiGate firewalls
• Project Management: Lead and execute network-related projects, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope, budget, and schedule. Define technological requirements, validate solutions, and manage project documentation.
• Support Activities: Provide technical support and ensure business continuity. Prioritize tasks, comply with SLAs, and follow established support processes. Propose and implement improvement initiatives to increase service efficiency and user productivity.
• Team Training: Train less senior team members on relevant technical competencies and customer service skills.
• Reporting: Regularly report to Technology Architect and Technology Manager on network performance and any relevant incidents.
Autonomy and Decision Levels
As a Project Manager within the project perimeter, manage approved resources, assign project team members efficiently, and ensure timely accomplishment of project deliverables within the budget.
Profile:
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical reasoning and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of agile methods and processes.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• At least 5 or more years of experience in full cycle project implementation and/or network infrastructure support.
• Experience with CISCO switching and routing, Meraki cloud, PRTG monitoring, and Zscaler for OT environments.
• Experience with FortiGate firewalls and Cisco L3 switch and ACLs
• Experience in managing IT solutions design and implementation within an industrial environment.
• English proficiency (mandatory, written and spoken).
• Good knowledge about Microsoft systems and services in their extent to network such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and more. As well as endpoint management and protection.
• Experience with hypervisors and operating systems is of value
• Experience in PKI management, firewall management in IT and OT environments.
