The impact of your role

 

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of transport operations and the consistent delivery of high-quality customer service. Acting as a key interface between the Transport and SBO teams, the role enables the timely resolution of customer-related escalations and supports effective communication across operational stakeholders. By providing administrative support to the central transport planning function and actively contributing to process improvement initiatives, this position drives operational efficiency, enhances service reliability, reduces response times, and ultimately strengthens overall customer satisfaction and logistics performance.

 

 

Main responsibilities

 

  • Perform daily operational and administrative tasks related to transport customer service.
  • Act as the first point of contact between the Transport team and the SBO team for customer-related transport escalations.
  • Provide administrative and customer service support to the central transport planning team.
  • Support the central transport team in internal process improvement initiatives and projects.

 

Desired profile 

 

What you must have:

 

  • Minimum secondary education required;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transport, or customer service.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

 

What we consider a nice to have:

 

  • Proficiency in German (written and spoken) is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP is considered an advantage.
