Profile Description:

The internship aims to integrate the intern into the industrial environment, providing practical experience in asset management and industrial maintenance;

- Industrialisation and development process of the Oliveira do Hospital unit;

- Understand the structuring and standardisation of technical data (layouts, documentation, equipment and component coding);

- Collaborate in the development of Preventive Maintenance Plans (PMP) for different production areas;

Collaborate in the creation and integration of bills of materials (BOM) in the corporate system;

- Support the use of the MAXIMO asset management system, including data upload, testing and start-up support;

Understand and cooperate in the consolidation of reliability documentation and integration into MAITTECH DOCS MAXIMO;

As a result, the intern will develop practical skills in industrial maintenance, reliability analysis and process digitisation, contributing directly to increased efficiency and asset availability;

- Collaborate in setting objectives and targets, actively participating in the identification and implementation of Continuous Improvement actions;

- Follow established safety standards and operating procedures, contributing to a safe and compliant work environment;

- Ensure that all interventions comply with good engineering and occupational safety practices;

- Comply with all regulations, standards, procedures, work instructions, processes and routines in force at the unit, with a view to continuously improving the company's performance in accordance with the defined objectives and in strict compliance with the law and applicable standards;

Requirements for the position:

- Higher education: Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical);

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

- Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments;

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial equipment;

- Fluent English.
