MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBLE

We are recruiting a Responsible of Maintenance and Equipment Management tasked with planning, executing, controlling and supervising Valladolid Factory Industrial Maintenance Plan. Mechanical , electric and electronic maintenance tasks (predictive, preventive and corrective). Planning and control of stops schedules and new projects. Follow-up KPI's maintenance goals. Implementation of corrective actions. Support the team in achieving its objectives, standardizing maintenance work and developing the culture of continuous improvement. Economic management of the department. All of this guaranteeing compliance with the rules and policies of Prevention of Occupational Risks, ensuring a safe work, equipment and environment, both of himself and of his equipment and facilities.

Education/Training

Formal training (University degree) in engineering (mechanical, electric, electronic, industrial management) or comparable education.

MBA in business Administration is valued.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in Industrial Maintenance and practice in maintenance methodologies in industrial companies. It would be a plus in industrial companies of continuous production process Must have at least 3 years of experience in similar position such a Head of Maintenance and Equipment Management , Mechanical Maintenance Manager

Knowledge:

- Good knowledge in maintenance methodologies.

- Extensive mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge.

- Siemens Sinamics Frequency Drives. Simatic S7

- SAP PM and Maximo.

- Planning and control of programming stops and new projects

- Continuous improvement tools (8D, 5W2H, RCA, A3, PDCA cycle...)

- Project management skills.

- English language skills oral and written essential.

Skills:

- Leadership. Team work abilities. Systematic and committed. Pragmatic and solving oriented. Ability to manage and mobilize by influence .Good ability to communicate. Persuasive and perseverant.
- Residence in Valladolid or province.
